I have recently sold a property through B&C and whilst it has not been an easy process, they acted with professionalism and commitment throughout and delivered a positive final result. The initial buyer fell through and B&C acted quickly to remarket the property and found a new buyer within weeks. The process lasted for a while due to the inefficiency and bureaucracy of the UK property market, but B&C has been constantly in touch with the buyers and solicitors on both sides to push the process along and ensure a timely completion.
