I have been renting for a number of years in London. I have had experiences with many estate agents but what I will say is that Baclis was by far the easiest to deal with and by far the most responsive to my questions. They seem to have a direct and good relationship with their landlords and can turn things around quickly. They were always polite and chased things for me when I asked. Everything was in order when I moved into the property and everything went smoothly. I’d highly recommend them.
